Please read the instructions carefully as our system has changed slightly this year.
Instructions:
  • Please fill out a booking registration form for each person attending (Including children).
  • IF YOU ARE BOOKING FOR MULTIPLE PEOPLE, PLEASE USE ONE EMAIL ADDRESS.
  • Once the you have completed the event registration form, you’ll be directed to a payment page (via Square).
  • Add your tickets and accommodation to the cart & continue to checkout.

Fill out registration form
After filling out the form, you will be redirected to this page where you can click the payment link or submit another response for additional bookings.
You will receive a copy of your registration form via email.

Bookings Officer

The Bookings Officer is responsible for processing bookings, managing related enquiries, and forwarding relevant attendee information to other members of the stewarding team. (accommodation, dietary requirements, etc.)
