Instructions:

• Please fill out a booking registration form for each person attending (Including children).
• IF YOU ARE BOOKING FOR MULTIPLE PEOPLE, PLEASE USE ONE EMAIL ADDRESS.
• Once you have completed the event registration form, you’ll be directed to a payment page.

Spring War is trialling an online payment system. We’re hoping this will make things easier for attendees and our booking team, but as this is a trial we want to be extra sure that our guests don’t get charged incorrectly!

After you click ‘Submit’, the next page will include a link to the payment platform. After clicking on this link you’ll be able to pay by one of several popular payment options. You’ll also receive an list of your booking’s costs – please double check that these are what you expect.

Bookings and payments will need to be completed per person due to a limitation of the payment platform.

This platform does not support payment plans – if you require a payment plan please email the stewards to organise a manual payment option instead.
