Notes:

Camping prices are per tent.

Each dorm has only one bed and mattress. There is enough floor space to accommodate a single camping bed, but this will not be provided. The dorm rooms come with basic linen.

**Dorm rooms must be booked and confirmed 4 weeks prior to the event. There will be no rooms available after this.**


Spring War Booking Terms and Conditions – 2025

Payment Requirements:
Payment must be made at the time of booking. After submitting the event registration form, a confirmation page will prompt you to complete payment via a provided link. If you require a payment plan, you must contact the Bookings Officer in advance at springwar.bookings@gmail.com to make arrangements.

Late Payments:
If payment is not made with your registration, you will receive a reminder.

If not paid by 2 weeks prior to the event, your booking may be considered invalid, and you may need to re-register—potentially at a higher rate.

If payment is still not made before arrival, the booking may be cancelled, and Gate price will apply.

Accommodation (Student Dorm Room) Cancellations:
Accommodation bookings must be cancelled no later than 5th September 2025.
After this date, no refunds for accommodation will be possible. This is a site policy.

General Booking Cancellations:
Participants may cancel their booking without penalty up until 19th September 2025.
All cancellations must be submitted via email to the Bookings Officer. Cancellations via Facebook will not be accepted.

Cancellations after 19th September 2025:
Refunds will be issued where possible, adjusted for any non-recoverable expenses already committed (e.g., catering costs).
Full refunds are unlikely.

COVID-related Cancellations:
As with other late cancellations, we will refund as much as possible, adjusted for any committed spending.

Ticket Transfers:
Tickets are transferable. You must arrange the transfer yourself and inform the Bookings Officer of the new attendee’s details.
