The site offers toilet/shower blocks for those staying on site. Due to the large number of people who will be on site, Portable Toilets will also be provided for people attending the event.
The site offers 89, Single occupancy Dorm rooms for those wishing to stay on site. These rooms contain a single bed, table, draws and power point. (They are designed for the students who are studying at the college)
Vehicles are not able to drive up to the entrance of the dorms, so you need to carry your equipment from your vehicle to the dorms. A set down area close to the dorms will be provided for dropping equipment off before parking your vehicle elsewhere.
NOTE: The rooms come with limited bedding. We highly encourage attendees to bring all bedding they will require for their own comfort. If you are unable to bring your own bedding, please contact the event steward who will seek to arrange some for you, however there will be a charge for this service.
Minors are permitted to stay in a Dorm room with their Parent/Guardian, however the rooms only contain the one bed, therefore the Parent/Guardian will need to supply some form of mattress (such as an air mattress) for the Minor to sleep on.
Camping
The camping area of the site is unpowered and attendees who are planning on camping are expected to provided all their own equipment. (Toilet/Shower usage is covered in the price for camping.) There are power points in the shower blocks and the main hall which may be used for recharging phones etc.
